The worst hotel in spain the staff were rude and offensive.

The hotel staff were very helpful in many ways. They turned on the tv in the bar and found the Women's fica usa-france game for us.
We were very surprised to find no basic amenities in the bathroom! No soap,no shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, or etc. We were lucky to have some in our luggage. Tp and towels were provided!!

I thought the town was very lovely =) I think it's aFANTASTIC place for familiesand couples -- I felt completely safe =) as a solo traveler, though, this wasn't an ideal place to stay, but I don't know that there were places for backpackers anywhere in town. This town seems like a family-vacation- kind of place -- but!! Absolutely gorgeous, and I would recommend at least a couple nights to anyone passing through =)
The ooonly thing I can think of that I didn't like -- wi-fi seemed to work best in bar area and hallways near it =/ (had to buy something if wanted to stay in the bar =/)

Completely run down, you need to ask for everything including piece of soap. The poorest expirience ever in the hotel booked through your site.

Excellent service, friendly, thanks especially to Juan who served us breakfast in the morning and of course Christa, the owner, who was very efficient. Good hotel, hightly recommended
